Return and Exchange Rules

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (as noted on your receipt). Returns or exchanges are not allowed beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be in original purchase condition: packaging should remain unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Products purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned in full.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs for returns on online orders are not covered by Ddevine.

Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected by this policy.

Product Condition Requirements
All returns must be in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use
  • Missing parts or manuals
  • Accidental damage

For quality concerns leading to returns or replacements, we will cover the return shipping and restocking fees. However, if the return or exchange is initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping fees, as determined by Ddevine.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Return Label
    For approved requests, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

  3. Return the Product
    Ensure the product is sent back with all original packaging, manuals, complimentary items, and accessories to avoid extra charges.

  4. Notification and Inspection
    Upon receiving your item, we will notify you by email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed if the return or exchange is approved.

  5. Refunds or Exchanges
    Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1–3 business days, with refunds issued to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Delays
